Sometimes you want to buy an outfit that costs less than dinner, just for fun. Walmart carries a juniors line called Susie Rose that has some surprisingly cute items, so I chose a top and a skirt that I would wear to a drunken brunch (or “drunch” as one of my urbane friends calls it). The outfit below comes to exactly $20–$8 for the top and $12 for the skirt.
